Road maintenance.

Road maintenance.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Of the heart strings slashed
The curtain fell.
The rainbow of colours
Collapsed, black.

The sun doesn't shine, no- more.
Tides of sorrow, rose
Heavy the rain, tears.

The moon looked on.
The light at the end
Of the tunnel, closed.
