He sees the clear, bottled
through vodka in mind,
temporarily, till blurred;
the glass empty in hand,
refill waiting.

it's not just a picnic anymore....lololol
yes, sometimes that bottle can make us see more clearly, but it is short lived...and then the eyes blur, the memory fades....

and the smiles recede...until the next binge...
