Riding thoughts to nowhere

Riding thoughts to nowhere

A Poem by andrew mitchell

On the crest of solitude
rides my silence;
thoughts reserved
I ponder...
on their worth
to be expelled, shared
or just be still,
chilled.
In the calm
frozen in silence;
parked in empty,
paused,
my space reserved.
Thoughts.

we reserve room for those thoughts, and then we reserve the space for them in our poems...and then during the frozen, empty silence...we write them...and those thoughts are paused in time.
