On the steps of time

you climbed,

I admired you,

your strength of will,

your lack of fear.

Now I find...

you jumped in fear,

the unknown

to the depths below.

Shattered was I

the curtains drawn, final;

there was nothing at all.

Just a show,

a show 'n' tell

I found..

you were all along
