drowning in stagnation

drowning in stagnation

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Stagnation settles
     still mind,
knowledge weakens,
    murky waters;
  memories fading
      once clear
         yawns.
         Rain
     brings flow,
         life,
      fresh air
          but
   weather's dry
          my
  volume shrinking.
