going to have to ponder this one a bit ... the connection between verses is veiled to me ... there are so many things gained from our failures if we learn from them ..and Greed is certainly a blinding agent ... from your title its the lessons of giving we need to learn and practice .... and to give with thanksgiving may i add :)
