About her tides...

About her tides...

A Poem by andrew mitchell

About her tides....
She ,
controls the tides
how much love
he surfs on
the crest , her waves.
Depends!
Drawing on love:
she offers when empty,
retracting on full,
waiting motionless
when thinking,
all's still.
Awakening on a ripple
to emerge in any form
she'll have you
floating,
drowning,
dining within.
Be prepared
slipping through
your fingers wet
only her salty taste
will remain, awash,
she's gone.
