An assembly with time

An assembly with time

A Poem by andrew mitchell

An assembly with time.
The man who invented the wheel
died waiting for the man
to invent the axle.
The man who invented the axle, crashed, dead.
If only he waited for the man
to invent the steering wheel.
But he didn't get far,
he needed the man to invent the motor.

All things are connected. All are One.
To deny this causes missteps on our journey toward enlightenment.
This is simple, yet profound in implication.

I will come back again and again as long as you keep posting :)
From this assembly, lines produced parts - with an art dissembling in its pieces, a whole new meaning to 'things fall apart'.

Thank you Solar for your words! Yes indeed!
I always thought the invention of the wheel was over rated anyway. Surely the invention of the second wheel was better. Have you ever seen how dumb unicyclists look? :)

Thank you for your words J
Even women need men to invent diff. diff. breed of infants. Damn! *just kidding*

Anyways, very deep and philosophical type poetry. Reminds me 'bout the work of Einstein, who oft. crashed many things but ah, he never awaited for anyone to get things done around so yeah, it's kinda "An Assembly With Time" that goes recycled and reinvented with time for sure. lol Nice imagery!
