Where am I?

Where am I?

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Where am I?
At the age of forty,
his thoughts started walking,
in his sleep,
five miles a day.
Now in his mid fifties
He has no idea
where he is.

I think "they have no idea" would be more sardonic, referring to the thoughts having lost the mind.

Good heavens Andrew...mid fifties!? My mother is 91, and just now losing that incredible sharpness and wit of hers...at 55 she ruled the universe...in fact, I took one of her sweatshirts and embroidered "director of EVERYTHING" in it. She accepted it with a wry grin and a wink.

haha thank you tate i do remember snippets of my thirties
That the same road I took. The only difference is I have traveled longer. Now at the point, I don't care where I am as long as I have my love and my health. Good luck on finding your way in your journey.

Very nice short verse.

Good read.. I would just like to point out something ..
It should be "He has no idea" instead of "He have no idea" right ? :)
