I saw an opening

I saw an opening

A Poem by andrew mitchell

I saw an opening
Dropping her protection
there was a raise
in crowd connecting,
prominent.
Knocking on her door;
"Pick me!"
" Let me in!"
They chanted.
"I love you!"

she sways, crowds part; and men fall lapping at her feet ;) makes me think the the magnificent, haunting Marilyn Monroe.

lucky one that crosses the threshold ... but maybe not!!! :}

A visual one. Though I don't know yet what to gain from it. The structure is nice as the words are expressive, appellative. It reads simple with a good flow, but maybe there's more in between the lines.
