Forgotten!

Forgotten!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Forgotten!
Did time forget
the forgotten?
No!
Time moved on
leaving forgotten behind.

and we don't forget ex lovers...we move on with those hands on the clock---new minutes, new hours, but the past is never far behind.

Yes J the past always seems like yesterday rather than decades ago! Thanks fror dropping in
Such a brief piece, but what an impact those few words have. Always impressed with the hidden layers and meanings from such a short piece, that somehow expand and say much more than the sum of their parts. Great job here Andrew.

Tiny piece on truth. Leaving them behind sounds almost cruel though it's a true statement.
