The road of remembrance.A Poem by andrew mitchell
The road of remembrance.
The country road travelled, rugged, dusty visible in heat haze, clogging the nostrils. No longer used in courting rituals far as the memories reach outback, my mind. The road disappears from view, shadows mark lonely trails following a love forsaken, fading....... with time.
