What a relief!

What a relief!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

What a relief!
When I was young,
hormones ruled.
I could only think
inside the box.
making love
making love
making love
making love
MAKING LOVE!
One continual onslaught
bombarding thoughts,
a massive assault 24/7
overruling, shoving,
pushing my mindset.
The relentless chase!
The finishing line!
Now I'm older,
the urge to splurge,
not so urgent,
relaxed.
What a relief!
I can actually think
outside the box.
I'm free.
