On passing, the butterfly flutters goodbye.

On passing, the butterfly flutters goodbye.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

On passing, the butterfly flutters goodbye.
When a moment enjoyed,
transcends from the now
into a memory stored.
       Replayed.
        Re-lived.
        How sad,
 it's not the moment,
      any longer.
On passing, the butterfly
     flutters goodbye.

Beautiful, subtle and deep. The title itself makes you want to explore whats within. Kudos. Keep writing.
