A life's journey.A Poem by andrew mitchell
A life's journey.
When the high meets the low, diverting I stopped; breaking down, no road. Life's downturn. Taking a bend led to a no through road; Starting over, a small road coming across a cul de sac, memories. Building. I set off. How the the roads crisscrossed in my making. Living the low road not easy, getting to the high road harder still with the hum of the miles behind me I'm getting on the freeway. A life's journey still driving, behind lay memories, the end I don't know. .
