To play the King of Hearts or play the fool!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

To play the King of Hearts or play the fool!
How does
a charismatic fool
laugh at his own misgivings,
only to parade
onto his next victim?
For conquest or profit?
" One can profit, from not having a heart." He replied.

Such a poignant writing. I remember Charlie Chaplin's statement. "It is great if my sorrow brings cheer to someone instead of bringing sorrow to someone with my cheer"
