It wasn't the last straw!

It wasn't the last straw!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

It wasn't the last straw!

Maybe the last straw
did break the camel's back,
but the camel's death
was drowning
in the sands.

the last straw is wrongfully accused in this. this camel's back has been broken for a long time and hanging on by a thread. It's like when some a*****e brings the valet a busted up car to park and as soon as the guy hops in the steering wheel falls off. the jerk comes back 3 hrs later with no tip and says "hey what did you do to my car"! ..and so your very nice thought provoking poem to me is about accountability and false accusations.

THis sounds very oriental, very ZEN. Full of pathos.
