I took too long.

I took too long.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

I took too long.

Given the knowledge presented
through life's passage delivered
on my time borrowed,
now knowing who I am;

turning back the pages
on who I was,
I could have seeked
a better career direction,
but I lacked the vision,
I was short sighted.

I was told I didn't need glasses.
