Don't dry on me!

Don't dry on me!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

If I was
washed down
by your love;
I was too scared
to towel dry,
and dress.

I didn't want
a shortcoming
of droplets that despaired,
of being wiped,
on a life's love gone by.

Don't dry on me
for you are the film
that gives my life
meaning.
