In context we are Insignificant.

In context we are Insignificant.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

From the moment
when the universe
and time began,
we're really are
just organisms
in a bigger picture;
parasites that will eventually
destroy our host.

There's nothing humane
about that.

I disagree, The host will not die the parasite will, to me it's absurd and arrogant to think that we humans can destroy a host that has suffered through billions of years. Don't get me wrong we have tried to destroy it in many ways but still WE will be eventually shrugged off like dust and the host will heal itself without humanity.

Your poem is right when you wrote there is nothing humane and you are right. We are monsters just whiney children fighting among ourselves and our mother still loves us for she still gives us enough to stay alive.

Thanks for sharing.
