The making of my time piece.

The making of my time piece.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

I was blessed
having the cog of time
turning in my favour,
being alive, until
I found out,
the big cog of bad luck
was turning it.

It all makes sense now!
The making of my time piece.

lets hope so E lol
Life's bitter irony. The 'Gotcha!'. You expressed this so beautifully. The cog of time and the cog of bad luck meshing as they turn...we can see it happen.the worst joke ever played. Brilliant metaphor- bitter pill!

Thank you for reviewing Annette.
I can relate to this all too well. Life is ups and downs and time rolls on unrelenting.

Nice one andrew.

Life does seem like a big production line sometimes. If that makes any sense.
