Is it acute or chronic doctor?

Some folk suffered
irritable bowel, but me,
I was just grumpy and old.
Endlessly annoyed,
forever unimpressed,
not knowing why,
until the answer hit me.
I had irritable mind syndrome.

As a nurse I absolutely love this! Comical and relevant poem about one of the new maladies that seem to be a trending affliction currently. Clever wordplay with self-diagnosis of"irritable mind syndrome"-ingenious! I should know- I seem to have developed the same syndrome! Great!

Oh yes my friend, I too am afflicted by "the grumpies" especially if I don't get my cup of coffee in the morning! Caffeine usually cures me though.:))
