A sandy mind from lovers beached.

A sandy mind from lovers beached.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

All in tune with a sandy mind,
sea shells scattered, beached
by loves now vacant from a lovers past,
with the drift of passion no more residing,
rolling on waves of plenty, withdrawn,
the hermit crab grabs what is his,
left with memories of the dears departed
and a shell that echoes empty.
