The box within a box!

The box within a box!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Was the man
always inside the boy?

Or was the boy
always inside the man?

Did the girl
bring out the boy?

Or did the woman
drag out the man?

Did the boy bring
out the woman

from the girl
that maketh the man

or did the man just
maketh the woman

that made everything
in his mold,

a box within a box.
Lets ask mother.

A question for the ages, kind of like: Which came first the chicken or the egg? I'm happy to see you think Mother has all the answers. Thanks for the entertaining read Andrew!

Merry Christmas to you too!
such a healthy chuckle for me in your closing ..the woman definitely drug out the man ..right out the door into the streets where the bugger belongs no doubt ;)) the boy never goes away ...and the woman lives in dreams ....well...i feel pretty satisfied having figured all that out for me self..onward to victories galore :)))))))))))))))))))))
hi-ho!!!!!!!!!!!!

ahahahaha yes. and Don Quixote's horse as well ;)
Your cup hath runneth over with verse, andrew!!!

Methinks this an age-long question that will never be answered - unless of course, you believe in fantasmagorical fairy god--mothers!
