Make haste slowly.

Make haste slowly.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

To rack and ruin
was added insult to injury
the fall from grace
riding the high horse,
a bee in a bonnet
being no more than
fat in the fire
but who says
talk is cheap,
the pot calling the kettle black;
it was enough to rack your brains.
