The daily what!

The daily what!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

To some the Daily Mirror
was outside news,
for others the daily mirror
was getting groomed
for the outside world.
While for me
I was too busy
too care for either,
I was more into
the daily grind-
yes! I was more part
of the Stone Age
where familiarity
brought on confidence,
and any change
just created more anxiety.
I found the umbrella helped.

A stealing piece that snatches the interest of the reader and replaces with humour, well done, good read.
