The gun problem is solved!

The problem with gun laws today is

that the victims dead or alive

are not the advocates of having guns.

 So why don't the killers pursue those

who are all for guns.

In the end killers will be jailed

or executed and,

those liking guns will

be buried along side their precious items.

The result no more guns,

no more mass shootings,

and everyone can have

 an education as they should

and live their lives accordingly.

Just simple logic really!

But this is America

and how can you teach

those dumb and dumber

I know...

You can't go around trying to change the constitution.
That is so un Ameican.
We have the right to bare arms.

ohhhhhhhhh andrew! your poem has struck out at me....of course all gun owners are no where near this depiction of them ..and the whole subject of the right to bear arms and the need for a safe society is a very complicated issue...complicated by criminals who..don't obey the law, by true mental illnesses that render people incapable of being rational; by political agenda and useless repetitive rhetoric ... i am proud to own weapons .. i am proud to have been a pretty good hunter and trapper in my "past life" ;} i am proud to say that i am law abiding and do have a concealed carry license ..i go to the range regularly to stay practiced ... i carry my pistol in me pocket at all times ... better that and not need it than need it and not have it ... we have enough laws to imprison the lawless with regards to guns .. we need better security at all schools ..this most recent shooter was already told he could not enter that school with a back pack ..he already had mental issues (illegal to own weapons now) he was reported to the FBI for salacious violent intent ...in this scenario there are many should haves that can now be incorporated into keeping schools safe ...but requiring honest citizens to give up their guns would only mean that an even greater percentage of criminals with guns to honest citizens without would be established ... and talking about the tragic loss of life that this is ..i can not help but think of the 1 million plus babies in the womb murdered every year (on average) since the Roe vs Wade decision to force all tax payers to fund those murders ... all that potential forever lost :((((((((((

thanks for the huge review einstein, yes its a tricky one, i am scared of guns so i dont own one but will come a time to hand in guns and if the the general population dont have guns then i think mass shootings will drop as its usually someone not mentally stable. i think criminals would not fire a gun unless provoked cos all they want is money and not an execution attached. thanks e for your comments.

Wow gene I appreciate your comments in the debate of having guns. We made gun changes handing in guns and the only shootings are between rival gangs but we do have knife stabbing but you have a better chance. We have had as far as I can remember no school mass shootings or cops trigger happy as that Aussie woman calling for help got shot dead. No increase in shootings or in house breaking no guns used. I think the threat lies in the minds of those not letting go. It’s working in Aussie and in the uk so why not in America, that’s what I say. Thank you my friend.😀

i think there are places we can make changes .. like bump stocks, body armor, etc. but these are already purchased outside the law ...i think guns are the wrong focus ;) we can disagree on this one eh my friend!?

Haha yes we can agree to disagree my friend. I think guns are trouble! The uk and australia is proof of that! It’s only America you hear of mass school shootings year in year out, the common denominator guns. I rest my case my friend. Let’s bring in Ironside to decide!
