An interview with a skeleton.

An interview with a skeleton.

A Story by andrew mitchell

Well tonight’s guest is Mr. Skeleton.
Welcome have a seat.

Can I call you bones?
Yes! That’s what everyone calls me.

So bones where do you live?
In the closet!

And where are you from?
The grave.

So tell us! What do you see? What do you feel?
Well while you all see death,
I see nakedness! I just don’t like being exposed
showing my arthritis and my osteoporosis spots to everyone.
Especially my wishbone.

As for what do I feel, I feel structured,
but alone for I....
I don’t have any body!

Your favourite movie?
The skull.

Do you get cold?
I chatter a lot you know.

And where will you be in ten years time?
In the closet, that’s where all skeletons live!

I see!
Well, good for you!

Any chance of romance?
Well I hope to hook up soon!

What about travel?
I hope to be on display at medical schools.

Okay look at the time.
We better wrap this up now!

Thank you bones for coming in.
My pleasure! Can I have a drink?

Of course you can. It’s rather hot in here.
I get thirsty you know, can’t hold my drinks anymore!
