Our minds were parked parallel.

Our minds were parked parallel.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

I sat parallel
with thoughts not mine
until
I was intercepted.

It was only at
that point of intersection
I understood the
other line of view.

On the green light
we deviated soon after,
never to meet again.

We were lines not circles
destined to be apart
with no apex in view.
