Love everlasting changes.

Love everlasting changes.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The strings of attachment
stretched by love
brought the heart
to its knees
ever changing
through the yoga’s
manoeuvres of life.

What lovely words. Succint, and yet have so much meaning. Well done Andrew.

no wonder its such a struggle :{ have you tried to do some of those yoga stretches .... sheesh .. definitely not for the aged ;) i love the earthy wisdom on love ... especially appreciate the distinction between love and those strings of attachment...and oh how they can be stretched for sure ... nice one once again says i!

:) reminds me of various asanas( postures) of yoga....
Very true... we keep juggling to keep pace with changes...more or less like a rubber band....
Thinking we are forever elastic heheh...
