The shop of all shops!

The shop of all shops!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

At the shop of Common Sense
I asked the lady at the desk,
if I could buy a little common sense.

“You can never have enough, you know!” She replied.
“ I see!”
“ In fact we have sold out but it’s on back order!”
“ Well that won’t do!” Said I.

“ Well you could try the shop of Stupidity.
They sell a lot of stupid there!”

I did have a look!
It just didn’t make
a lot of sense to me!

ha, perhaps your purchase of common sense would not have been needed after all. :))
