Who am I really?

Who am I really?

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Being generations old
in the makeup
will I ever reach
my full potential?

I think not,
but may be
in the next generation-
in the passing of self

I will become
an extension of myself
entangled, knotted
in the strands their DNA
if only in thought.
