"stabbed", "bleeding" ...cut! ;) remorse the person feels ... after such a vampire-like attack ..in remembrance there is a little remorse ... doesn't quite "cut" it ....it would take a lot more remorse to repair the character of your murderer ... so to speak .. at least that what i see ... and i probably am not reading your poem as you intend it at all ... but i is what i is! ... :} love and peace brother ..glad you asked me to clarify ..i hope that i have done that :)))))))))

Ohhhhh, if this was a movie, it would be R-rated ;) I like the contrast of the stab coming from a kiss, which usually would bless us, not cause us to bleed.

We need to sidestep those pools sometimes.....hopefully, with enough sunshine, over the years, they clear up on their own.....
