Going round in circles.

Going round in circles.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The circle of concern
was engulfed by
the circle of conflict.

But the bubble burst
by the circle of influence
releasing the circle of trust.

Soon the circle of self
attracted the circle of love
bringing the circle of questions.

Unfortunately, the circle of answers
was hidden in the square box
the only clue, the light
from the prism of colours.

In a world of circles
I was becoming smaller
a dot on the horizon
passing through time's wind.

I have to go,
someone is pushing my circle
I will not bend
I am not an oval!

My circle is taking me to the wrong place. Thank you Andrew for sharing the amazing poetry.

You are welcome Andrew.
Many of us go round and round in circles. That sounds like me trying to solve a problem. Somehow you have to find an escape route without creating another circle. Intriguing piece of writing Andrew. All good wishes.
