In the everything of nothing.A Poem by andrew mitchell
In the twilight of your shadow
I seek the love you spilt bleeding on the pavement wasted. Was your love discarded unworthy of being wanted? I'm standing in the sun I see your shadow passing as you dance through the haze in a daydream placed in mind, I see puppets of you rising. On the edge of my thoughts I see a burning star across your horizon, and a line you drew in the sand but... I no longer see your face - you're so far away. Will the sun hold your soul in her hands warm before all fades as your tears hang on the fence? I wonder... which way they will fall.
