Just take a tablet!

Just take a tablet!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

When Mose’s wife
complained of a headache,
Moses replied.
“Just take a tablet!”
She said.
“ I can’t it’s too big!”
“ But hang on if I break it up!”
“ Tastes rather like clay.”
“ Not that tablet! “cried Moses.
“ Doesn’t matter, people don’t
follow the commandments anyway!”

I love your sense of humor & playfulness, while also conveying a subtle message about how some might be more familiar with tablets that come in a bottle. I guess it's the old instant-fix expectation, whereas sometimes The Tablet requires us to be patient or worse yet, needing to put out some effort sometimes! *wink! wink!* Thanks for the chuckle & for keeping us in the reason for the season! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Thank you Margie and yes always red the small print before taking a tablet!
Moses tablet has been broken many times...
However, it is embedded in our heart and soul... “To be or not to be” is the question... whether it is nobler in the minds ... “ was my Father’s premise. Amen
