The making of time!

When all hands
got together
time was in the making,
but no one knew
whose watch it was,
and everyone was watching.

‘Twas the three hands
that walked in,
accompanied with their sayings
that created the makings of time:

“ Need an hour!”
“Hang on a minute!”

And

“ Give me a sec!”
