Where do I belong?

Where do I belong?

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Where do I belong?

Do I belong
behind your smile
or do I lurk
in your shadow?

Where do I belong?

Do I belong
in the corner
of your eye,
or am I standing
at your window
looking down at me
in your street?

Where do I belong?

Your questions are so powerfully moving. I can relate so well to the wondering.
