No ghost tours today, the dead are on strike!

Here is the news update.

There will be no ghost tours

of the haunted cemetery grounds

this week due to an uprising.

Apparently, the cemetery 

has increased its funeral costs

blaming it on the cost of living.

This notion has infuriated the local residents

many of which have gone underground

over the years in a state of decay.

Due to the apparent upheaval

there will be a strike

on the tour dates given

where no ghosts will arise

from the dead to spook

the living daylights out of you.

Sorry for the inconvenience

we are conversing with the living dead

to resolve this matter, but for now

there will be no tiddly boos,

no screams, no sneaking up behind you,

and no hands reaching out of the graves.

Unfortunately, the cost of scares has gone up too!
