The tree falls the way it leans.

The tree falls the way it leans.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Time was of no consequence
for time had its own agenda
controlling cause and effect.
And so the tree falls
the way it leans
along side time.

It’s almost time. said consequence.
No! You need more time! said the clock.
Cause and effect hasn’t finished!

Timber!

When a tree falls in the forest
does anybody care?

The little sapling cares; which is all that matters to the tree.

Beccy.

You are right Andrew. Can't control time or how we shall fall. Wonderful use of words and thoughts my friend.
