What did you do yesterday?

What did you do yesterday?

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Sometimes I get annoyed
when people ask
what did I do yesterday
especially when the ask
is more  a superficial enquiry
than actually caring.

So I reply, I don't know
I breathed a lot probably,
got mad at something,
forgot what I was supposed to do,
scribbled a few lines.
Sighed heavily.
The list goes on....

What did you do yesterday?

What did I do yesterday? Probably the same as I did the day before. I won't ask you Andrew, you've already told us:) I enjoyed this little bit of fun.

Thank you Chris and for the smile!😀
Well actually Andrew, if you will pardon the profanity, I spent about two god-damn hours digging my god-damn car out of the god-damn snow.
Not much else tho'
I won't ask what you did.
