In the mind’s chair.

In the mind’s chair.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Relaxed in today
in the mind’s landscape
the feet of a moment
recline on a memory.

This was lovely to read, very calm - I love the days when I can just sit and think, knowing that there's nothing big on my plate. That always makes me feel a little better before things get hectic again. I enjoyed reading this for sure.
