Somewhere in the tranquillity.

Somewhere in the tranquillity.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The ambience of I
was displaced
by the shadow
you cast that took me
to the light
that I wanted
to reflect
in the mirror of you
I saw parts of me
displayed in the window
of my past trickling
down your memory lane.

Thank you for your words Jacob.
beautiful, expressive scenario. This poem is not only amazingly written but also soaked with emotion. I love the melancholic tone.
