In the universal jar.

In the universal jar.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

In this world
of just being,
seeing the bigger picture,
is the universe just meaningless?
Or are we caught up
in God’s jar
to be shaken,
stirred, displaced?
But what if
the jar is broken?
