The fugitive effect of light on mind.

The fugitive effect of light on mind.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

You read my mind.
A connoisseur of thoughts you said.
But through eye's windows
the blinds on your shutters closed
you saw the blind spot I superimposed,
and with the door left open
the laughter around the table
and I were gone
like everything that flies
now written in exile.
