The merry go round of rainbows passing.

The merry go round of rainbows passing.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Through kaleidoscope memories,
your pageantry of mind
I rode your carousel
of emotions -
the untamed wilderness
where I saw
the highs and lows -
your psychedelic companions.
Propelled forward I found
when the carnival was over
we were both set free
from the grips of rainbows clashing,
and released from the torment -
the glossary of confusion.

sometimes relationships seem like rainbows...one or the other coming from a stormy relationship...and then there is the clearing, the beautiful sky, the rainbow...but then another storm comes...
love this one...made me think of Lucy...."those tangerine trees and marmalade skies"----
