My sojourn.

My sojourn
was just that -
a temporary pass
through the corridors of time
where I hailed a ride,
the cabbie meter ticking over,
and the cab driver -
none other than 
the time keeper himself asking.
" Are you ready for the drive?"

yes, that cabbie charges..maybe overcharges...
