I knew what you were thinking.

I knew what you were thinking.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Between black and white
I saw your grey projected thoughts
search the room
within your mind
your eyes wide open
I was invited into
your house of doors.
Through your gaze
beams of light
illuminate the dancing dust
of subtle ever changing moments
reflected in the gathering
now time's memories
as you looked away.

within the mind lie thoughts....and usually they are grey....not black and white...and determining their exactness is a hazy illumination...we have to have faith in love, in each other.
nothing is ever perfect or perfectly clear.

indeed J, thank you for your words.
beautifully mesmerorizing ink...incredible word-play, hauntingly profound imagery.
i have a lot of catching up to do upon your art, as well as others. i look forward
to immerseing myself into soon as i can give them proper justice to.

anyhow, this is indeed a gem. i thank you for sharing your poetic gifts. - x
