Just as amorous, the revenge!

Twas the amorous Ms Prawn

revealing her tail

and a leg or two

that enticed the hermit crab

to come out of his shell

only to see him

lose his home

as Ms Prawn rode off

into the blue horizon

riding a hunky, spunky sea horse.

The error of her ways

was considered just

a mistake until

the error was committed

time and time again,

then it was punishable

by the Sea Courts

and  she was

sentenced to death.

And so Ms Prawn was served

as a prawn cocktail.

"It tasted so nice!"

Is this poem what is called 'food for thought'? If that's the case, think I'll go vegan and non-political, but add that my imagination wandered off the straight and narrow path while reading the above, andrew!

Politics or not, we could substitute many for Ms Prawn, hermit crab and others. As I read your last line, I said aloud, laughing, “Karma is a b*tch.” Justice is often delayed but it’s justice the same. (And, I share your thoughts on President Trump. I’m not a fan, but the current impeachment is complete BS.). Good one, Andrew!

Indeed Jacob, but I hear he is doing well with the economy. Did his talks with Ukraine really threaten the US security, I don't think so. As I see it, it is an excuse to remove this man from office by any means by a party also out of touch with what the people want, I maybe wrong but just seems like dirty politics to me. Its all about what the democrats want, not what the people want which should be the priority representing the people and not their own personal gains. Time will tell.
