Pray tell Cupid!

Pray tell Cupid!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

On the carousel of love's masquerade.
Pray tell.
Is not the mask
to act on,
and not to
hide behind
as previously thought?
For if you could
see my heart my dear...
you'd run away anyway.

damn, shoot that arrow, and stop her in her tracks...
some day she will regret running and want you back...
